Student Services
Student Services assist students with all student administrative needs and can direct student enquiries to the appropriate staff or department for other enquiries. Student Services are available Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (AEST/AEDT). Staff are not available on weekends and public holidays.
How to contact your Student Services Team

Online enquiries lodged at anytime via the Online Enquiry Form

So that the full Student Services team have access to all incoming enquiries HELI requests that students lodge online enquiries using the HELI Student Hub Enquiry Form instead of sending emails to the HELI Admin email address.

For new students who are offshore your best method of contact is by using the Online Enquiry Form.
How to lodge an Online Enquiry
When lodging an Online Enquiry, students need to enter their Student Identification number and their name. You will find your Student ID number displayed on your CoE, it will also be displayed at the top of emails sent to you by Student Services.

Select your enquiry type from the drop down menu, if you are unsure what to select or have a enquiry that isn't listed, select Other.

Ask any questions you may have by completing the description of enquiry field. If you have any documents or screen captures that will help the Student Services team to best respond to your enquiry, please upload them to your enquiry form.

If you do not receive an email confirming the successful submission of your enquiry within 15 minutes, you may have entered your Student Id number incorrectly. In that case, students should check their Student ID carefully and lodge a new enquiry. Students who are Onshore can contact the Student Services team by telephone to request an update to the right number.
